Refund & Pre-Order Resin lamp Policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

Our resin lamps are made-to-order handcrafted products, not mass-produced items. Each lamp is individually created after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that:

  • This is a pre-order/custom-made product.
  • Production begins after your order is placed.
  • Estimated delivery time is 40–45 days.
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
  • You agree to wait the stated production and delivery timeframe before requesting support regarding shipment delays.

Failure to read this policy does not exempt customers from these terms.


No Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering by mistake
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Personal preferences
  • Dissatisfaction with delivery time that falls within the stated 40–45 day timeframe
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has started.

Because every lamp is handcrafted specifically for each order, production costs begin immediately.

Refund requests based on any of the reasons listed above will be denied.


Damaged Items

If your lamp arrives damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the evidence submitted.

Damaged items are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.


Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier and cannot be delivered, we will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Lost packages are not eligible for cash refunds.


Incorrect Address

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • We are not responsible for additional shipping fees.
  • Refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge the made-to-order nature of the product.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute due to:

  • Delivery times within the stated 40–45 day timeframe,
  • Change of mind,
  • Failure to read this policy,
  • Custom production timelines,

may result in us submitting order records, tracking information, website policies, and proof of agreement to the payment processor.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Pre-Order Policy in its entirety.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy — Incorrect Address & Opened Packages

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout and the package cannot be delivered, CouraBand™ is not responsible for refunds or replacements. We are unable to issue refunds for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it to the correct address once you cover the new shipping cost.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products. Once a package seal has been broken, it cannot be resold or restocked.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@rideband.store with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
