Shipping Policy – RideBand™

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email right after purchase and a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping times

  • Estimated delivery within the U.S.: 2–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping fees

  • Free-shipping promotions (if available) will be applied at checkout.

Tracking & updates

  • Tracking details are emailed automatically when your package leaves our warehouse.

  • It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to start showing movement.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to correct an address, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After shipment, we can’t change the address.

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a reshipment fee.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with household members and your local carrier/office.

  • For damaged items or a package that appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date; we’ll help file a claim and make it right.

Split shipments

  • To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Pre-orders & backorders

  • If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. Your entire order may ship together when all items are in stock.
